DNA-midi™ Plasmid DNA purification kit is designed for rapid isolation and purification of the plasmid DNA from 15-400ml large scale cultured bacterial cells. DNA-midi™ kit was developed with the aim of midi scale plasmid preparation, but we can get the plasmid DNA, 300~600㎍ (high-copy) from 100 ml
culture medium and 100~600㎍ (low-copy) from 400 ml culture medium.
