Description

iNtRON's i-MAX DNA Polymerase (Cat. 25041) is based on i-pfu DNA Plymerase. The newest product, i-MAX II DNA Plymerase (Cat. 25261) comes into the market now. It is optimeized for Long PCR and capable of amplification up to 30kb. For both efficiency and specificity, i-MAX II DNA Polymerase strongly amplify even the small product (4-5kb) compared to previous product, i-MAX DNA Polymerase (Cat. 25041). It can be applied to extend over the wide applications in PCR with high fidelity and specificity.
