The MEGAquick-spin™ PCR & Agarose Gel DNA Extraction Kit is designed to recover or concentrate
DNA fragments (87 bp~20 kb) from agarose gels, PCR or other
enzymatic reactions. Up to 95% recovery is achieved depending
upon the fragment size. PCR products are commonly purified to
remove excess nucleotides and primers.
